Senior SQA
Job Description:
* Responsibility for defining, implementing and
improving one or several process areas under the entire quality system
* Develop and maintain the organization quality system and process assets
repository, such as project database, process capability baseline, risk
database, best practice & lesson learn database, project artifact
library etc.
* Research on the cutting-edge technology and
information of quality and process improvement
* Provide consultancy
to project team during entire project lifecycle
* Conduct quality
assurance on a regular basis of project execution such as deliverables,
standards and procedures etc., and provide constructive improvement
ideas and monitor the corrective action plan
* Prepare training
materials and conduct training to communicate the quality system and its
procedure and tools to the employees
* Facilitate the focus and
atmosphere of continuous process improvement in the organization
Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree Holder, subject in Computer Science or Mathematic or
relevant is preferred
* At least 3 years IT related experiences
* Be familiar with software process improvement framework such as CMMI,
ISO etc.
* Good English proficiency both in spoken and written.
* Good communication skill, self motivation, team work driven.
* Candidate who partially match with the above responsibilities and
qualification can be considered as Quality Engineer.
